MY ITEM IS SOLD OUT! WILL IT COME BACK IN STOCK?
Yes and no, depending on the demand and popularity of the item we will have some rollbacks from previous collections. To be on the loop just sign up for the newsletter!
WHEN ARE NEW COLLECTIONS COMING OUT?
As a growing store we are definitely on the work to always launch new and amazing collections, we have a schedule and we're working diligently. To be the first ones to know simply sign up for the newsletters, we promise we'll only send you good stuff!
WHAT TO DO WHEN MY ORDER IS NOT GOING THROUGH?
Throughly review your credit card information, billing and shipping address, if you made sure that everything looks good but you're still receiving an error message then please contact your credit card company/bank to ensure there are no holds placed on your card.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Order are usually processed and shipped on 2-5 business days, that depends on high demand, holidays or launch season. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as you place an order you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk folder and for future order please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.
CAN I ADD ANYTHING ON MY ORDER?
No, but you can make a new order in less than 24h and we will waive the shipping fee and consolidate both orders together. Make sure to send us an email at email@example.com with the subject line "Add Order" and include both order numbers.
HOW DO I CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER?
Contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the change or order cancelation. Include your order number and “Change Order” in the subject line. If order hasn't been processed or shipped we can still work on it, for more policy on refund, cancelations and more please visit our Shipping & Returns page.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
By Bela doesn't offer refund at the moment, but we are happy to offer store credit of unworn items that are returned within 7 days of purchase in brand new condition, that means undamaged and original packaging.
