1) Shipping Time
USA may take 3 to 10 businesses days; tracking availability varies. Approximate shipping times, these do not include weekends/public holidays.
For International Shipping:
We have no control over customs, thus we are not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. The tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us. For all International Shipping, outside The USA, shipping may take 5 to 20 businesses days; tracking availability varies. Approximate shipping times, these do not include weekends/public holidays.
Though delayed deliveries are very rare occurrences, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping unexpected delays that may happen en-route and we seek your complete understanding and patience should this happen. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days.
Delays may happen during the busier holiday seasons, during promotions or other instances.
2) Processing Time
Processing times are between 1 to 5 business days, please not that Processing time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders may take 1 to 5 business days to be fully processed, this includes checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the postal service or post office.
Only after your order has been processed is that your package will be shipped out. An email with your online tracking information will be sent out to your Email used on the order.
Processing Time just like Shipping time may take longer than expected time frame. This may be because of a busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances. We do our very best to deliver your goods as fast as possible and we seek your understanding and patience during such events.
3) Canceling An Order
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it if it has been processed.

4) Unclaimed Order
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.
If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.
Once we process the order we are not able to change the address and we are not to be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient address.
In such cases customer (“you”, “user”) must pay for redelivery.
5) Custom & Duty Fees (International Delivery, outside the USA)
All Customs & Duty fees are the responsibility of the customer (“you”, “user”). Check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
6) Separate Packages/Shipping
For any of the following reasons an order may be split into different packages:
- Certain items may be on backorder
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office or postal service.
- Different shipping locations.
Return & Exchange Policy
By Bela doesn't offer refund at the moment, but we are happy to offer store credit of unworn items that are returned within 7 days of purchase in brand new condition, that means undamaged and original packaging.
Returns and exchanges follows thorough guidelines, please read carefully.
1. For store credit / exchange items must be returned between 7 days of arrival and in original condition.
2. Refunds are only possible and will only be available for items that arrived damaged and even so we ask you to read below for more information;
Please Contact BYBELA before wanting to or returning any items purchased. All the products must be in the same exact condition.
Our Return/Refund Policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange it. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If return/refund applicable and once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Also, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours of evaluation.
Please keep in mind that shipping fees are not refundable if the package has already been shipped.
For any late or missing refund (if applicable) please check your bank account again thoroughly then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Often, there is some processing time before a refund is visible in your account.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 days since we have issued it, please contact us at email@example.com.
For exchanges (if applicable) we will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You have 24 hours after you have received it to apply for an exchange if you are eligible. After that we cannot be sure you did not damage it yourself and an exchange won't be possible anymore.

Before returning any items to us please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us. In such case (if applicable) you should first email us you order number.
We reserve all the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
